أقر مجلس الوزراء نظام صندوق مساعدة ضحايا الاتجار بالبشر لسنة 2023م؛ وذلك تنفيذا لأحكام المادة (14) من قانون منع الاتجار بالبشر لسنة 2009م، التي نصت على إنشاء صندوق لتقديم المساعدات اللازمة للمجني عليهم والمتضررين من الجرائم المنصوص عليها في القانون، ولغايات تحديد إدارة الصّندوق وأوجه الإنفاق منه وجميع الشؤون المتعلقة به
